In collaboration with Tadawi Hospital, Al Habtoor Group organized an awareness lecture for its female employees about breast cancer, including its causes, symptoms, and prevention methods, at the group's headquarters. This initiative reflects the group's social responsibility and aligns with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The event was organized with the aim of raising awareness about this common disease and providing necessary information to educate Al Habtoor Group employees about the importance of early screening. Dr. Asma Nawaz, the General Practitioner at Tadawi Hospital, provided general information about breast cancer, different methods of diagnosis, and treatment through an interactive presentation.
Dr. Nawaz emphasized the importance of regular screenings, as early detection leads to higher chances of recovery from this disease. Samples were distributed during the lecture, and medical screenings were conducted for the group's employees following the presentation.
