Khalaf Al Habtoor Receives France’s UMP representative Alain Marsaud

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Al Habtoor Group Founding Chairman received Alain Marsaud, Magistrate, Former Head of The Central Anti-Terrorist Service at the Paris Prosecutor's Office and Deputy of the French Living Abroad in the National Assembly at the Al Habtoor Group headquarters on Al Wasl Road. The meeting was aimed at strengthening the existing ties between the Al Habtoor Group and the French business community.

Also, present was Hervé Serol, Member of The Assembly of the French Abroad and representatives from the Al Habtoor Group including Sultan Al Habtoor President, Al Habtoor Motors, Abdullah Mazrooie, Director, Hadi Al Kadi, General Consul and Noura Badawi, Chief Communications Officer, Al Habtoor Group.

Khalaf Al Habtoor reinforced his confidence in the UAE’s economy and encouraged French companies and investors to expand in his country.

Al Habtoor said “French businesses have made good progress in the UAE. Our country offers stability, security and great infrastructure, which makes it a safe and welcoming environment for investments. Healthcare and education being some of the more promising sectors in the UAE in particular.”

Al Habtoor and Marsaud first met previously in 2011. Alain Marsaud has served as member of the Union for Popular Movement and the party representative in the 2012 parliamentary elections for French nationals living abroad. He was also head of the Central Counter-Terrorism division to the Public Prosecutor of Paris in the 1980s.
