Baron David de Rothschild, Chairman of London-based NM Rothschild & Sons, met with Mr. Khalaf Al Habtoor in his office in the Al Habtoor Group’s head quarters.

During this first meeting between the two gentlemen, discussions centred on future business opportunities between the Dubai-based Al Habtoor Group and Rothschild.  The international firm specialises in the provision of financial and strategic consulting services, the supply of liquidity and the collection of capital through global financial markets. Baron de Rothschild also owns of a share of the famous Château Lafite-Rothschild Vineyard.

Mr. Khalaf Al Habtoor received Baron de Rothschild in the presence of the CEO of Al Habtoor Group, Mr. Mohammed Al Habtoor, and other Executive Directors of the Group.   

Discussions also encompassed the future global economy, the region and Dubai’s positive outlook, as well as investment opportunities for the Al Habtoor Group in Europe.
