Emirates International Schools to Freeze Fees for 2018/19 Academic Year

Emirates International Schools announces it will hold school fees in the 2018/19 academic year.

Amna Al Habtoor, Director of Schools, Emirates International Schools, said in a letter to parents that both the Jumeirah campus and Meadows campus will not increase school fees for the upcoming academic year.

“We are mindful of many families’ current challenges,” she said, “and are therefore pleased to announce that the tuition fees for 2018/19 will not be subject to an increase.”

Currently, fees range AED 35,054 from Early Years 1- Year 1 to AED 74,283 for Years 12 and 13 at Emirates International School – Jumeirah.  Fees at sister school, Emirates International School – Meadows range from AED 26,802 from Early Year 1 to AED 79,488 for Year 13. Both schools offer ‘sibling discounts’ and ‘refer a friend’ benefits.

Emirates International School – Jumeirah, which opened in 1991, was the first school in Dubai to offer the International Baccalaureate Programme. It is currently one of only a handful of schools worldwide to offer all four IB Programmes: Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP) and the IB Career Related Certificate (IBCP). Between 1993 and 2016 EIS-Jumeirah has successfully graduated 1086 candidates in the IB Diploma Programme, consistently performing above the world average at IBDP.
