Al Habtoor City – Your new home to feature up to 5,000 secure underground parking spaces

Al Habtoor City, the new multi-use development soon to open on Sheikh Zayed Road, will offer easy and convenient access to the thousands of expected guests and residents. The landmark complex, which will include three five-star hotels and three luxury residential towers, will boast several entry and exit points to and from the secure underground parking facilities connecting the City to all major landmarks in Dubai.

With up to 5,000 centrally-located underground parking spaces, Al Habtoor City, offers one of the largest hospitality and residential parking facilities accessible 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The underground garages are located under both the hospitality and residential developments.

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, Chairman of the Al Habtoor Group, said, “Al Habtoor City will offer great access to and from all areas of Dubai making it easily accessible for residence and visitors. The location is second to none. It will become the new centre of Dubai, offering everything under one roof. We created ample parking to enable traffic to flow freely in and out of the city.”

Direct connection will be enabled to Al Habtoor City from Dubai’s main transportation arteries, including Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road via a new flyover bridge scheduled for construction.

The three-storey underground park will include designated areas for valet, staff, and guest self-parking and VIP visitors. Additional features will include a parking lobby, CCTV cameras, handheld mobile cashier devices, manual cashier devices, Central Parking Manager System (CPMS) and Master Intercom.

The existing parking layout for the hospitality development is designed for more than 2,000 vehicles, and includes designated valet and disabled parking areas as well as a buffer of more than 100 spaces for overflow parking. There will also be external parking alongside Sheikh Zayed Road. A separate car park with over 2,000 spaces will be allocated solely for Al Habtoor City’s three luxury residential towers provide ample parking for residents and guests.  

Al Habtoor City is expected to become the new centre of Dubai.  The multi-use development is centrally located near Business Bay, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and Downtown Dubai boasting spectacular views of Dubai. It is ideally placed alongside the upcoming Dubai Water Canal.  It will also be home to the region’s first ever Las Vegas-style theatrical production by Dragone, the cultural creation company founded by renowned artistic director Franco Dragone.
