Previous properties (currently making way for new developments):

  • Al Habtoor Residence and Habtoor House, was a luxurious residential complex located alongside the former Metropolitan Hotel. It comprised of a five-storey apartment block made up of 276 studios; one, two and three bedroom apartments and two penthouses. Habtoor Residence and Habtoor House was inaugurated in September 1995 and re-launched after major refurbishment in July 2003.
  • The Metroplex Entertainment and Leisure Complex was one of the finest cinema complexes in the UAE. It was Dubai's first multi-screen cinema complex.
